Robert brings over 25 years’ experience working with executives and leadership teams across government, corporate, not‑for‑profit and private sector environments. His work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, major transactions and delivery — often in fast‑moving, high‑stakes situations where clarity and sound judgement matter.
He has led significant commercial programs, negotiated high‑value transactions, reshaped governance and procurement frameworks, and supported boards and executives through complex, time‑critical decisions. His experience spans multi‑jurisdictional operations, cross‑sector partnerships, organisational reform and commercial optimisation initiatives.
Robert is known for cutting through complexity and translating it into clear, practical action. He provides commercially grounded advice, designs solutions that work in practice, and balances strategic objectives with operational realities. He brings a calm, structured approach to pressured environments and is often engaged where conventional models don’t fit.
